Hello Friends,
do you have information about the pen (or better, the rests of the pen) shown at

I'm no expert at all, but it looks to me like a vintage Pelikan. Welcome to FPN by the way.

That's not a Pelikan clip.
But yeah, welcome!
EDIT: I should say, it does not look like any Pelikan clip that I have seen.

I did notice that the clip looked slightly different. Sorry, my bad.

Tonino, try posting this in writing instruments. I think you'd get more answers there.

Hello everybody,
Do you know the pen visible at
http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/6522/stilograficald0.jpgThis is what remains of a pen that my mother gave as a present to my father in the 1940’s. I’d like to repair it but first of all I need to identify it. Do you have any suggestion for me about the pen and possibility of repairing it?

I cannot identify the pen from the photo. I can only say that if I were in your shoes, I would send the pen to a known pen meister for an assessment. My personal choice would be Richard Binder (www.richardspens.com), but other can make further suggestions.
You have a very kind gift in mind. Good luck with the project.

Judging from the length of the barrel piece (it is rather short), I would say that it's a bulb filler. No idea however about the make. The clip is a really nice, and not usual one, so that might be a good starting point.

I have merged the two topics. Please don't cross-post.
Essentially, this is one of many vintage third-tier pens out there, which is almost impossible to pinpoint if you can't give us any imprints or similar information.
Warm regards, Wim
