I've been thinking about trying to find one of these pens. So, what would be a fair price for this pen these days? This is the 2007 edition where 2007 pieces were made. Also, anyone seen one anywhere?

Kristel got one for me a few weeks ago from Bittner. She talked to Detleff directly so it may have been their last but... it never hurts to check. I think the cost was $200.

I got mine for $205, plus shipping tax and handling, so it wound up more than that.

I was wondering because I there is one on ebay for $250 as buy it now. But I don't want one that bad. Would anyone pay that $250 for this pen?

Huh, they must have gotten another one, because I ordered one from them in October and they said that was their last and they couldn't get any more.

Within the last few months a local pen seller here was selling them for $160; which is retail I believe.
