Moin, Hi and Welcome to FPN.

Camlin is one name that springs to mind. Then there is Sandeep, Misak and other oldies. There are local manufacturers elsewhere in the country. In AP, there's Ratnam, Guider which are quite well known among FP buyers in India.

anyway, we all will know more as we drop in here often.

Hi Moin, welcome to FPN! I am also from India ( Kolkata). Indian manufacturers Camelin, Luxor & Montex mostly low cost school pens. Luxor also manufactures & market Pilot, Waterman brands in India. William Pens, a retail chain sells all high end pens through their b&m outlets,also through internet. Ratnam & Brahamam do NOT sell through out India. They are like cottage industries! Wality pens have manufacturing unit in your city! There is a pen seller Near Gateway of India, oold gentleman with interest in pendom!
