I have no idea what I did to my poor pen, and I'm not 100% on "correct" pen terminology so I'll try to be as accurate as possible.
I've had it for a couple months with no problems, until today I went to unscrew the cap and the piston mechanism started unscrewing out of the opposite end of the pen. I don't mean the part that unscrews to fill the pen, I mean the whole she-bang. I didn't think this was too big of a deal and attempted to rescrew it back down but then the part that unscrews to fill it would come out since they thread in opposite directions. This aggravated me for a while so I took out the whole unit to try to tighten it up a bit and clean it off thinking this could have been a cause.
This was obviously a bad idea because things just got worse.
The end cap ended up coming right off of the piston and although it'll screw back on, it doesn't stay tight, almost like the thread is stripped, even though I know it's not.
I apologize for a terrible description, and I'll try to set up some pics later on this evening, but I am extremely aggravated and already miss using this pen so I'm trying to get it back in working condition ASAP.
Anyone have any ideas other than not trying to fix things myself anymore?

I'll keep that in mind, but I was hoping there was a reassembly error on my end and it was something that could resolved without sending it away, which would be compounded in difficulty since I live in Canada.
Thanks though.

so i'll try again with diagrams.

so, i try to screw "C" into "A" but "D" extends. then i try to close "D" but "C" unscrews from "A"
while i was doing this "F" came off of "D" and "B" and "E" fell out.
now "F" won't stay screwed onto "D" and when i try to unscrew the pump, it doesn't stop as it did before, it just completely unscrews right off.
i'm sort of worried that i lost a part somehow, but i'm fairly certain that isn't the case.
completely depressing.
any help would still be hugely appreciated.
also, if i completely destroyed this pen with my ignorance, i apologize.
