...than you might like it. Besides Montblanc Racing Green it's the green with "the least green" in it :-)
I'm sure it will even look more faded and grey using a pen with a dry or "normal" ink flow (the ink flow on the Stipula is very wet).

I've been waiting to find this ink, which is not yet available in my area. Your review is excellent. I had been wondering if anything could switch me away from MB's British Racing Green, but it looks like the JH Vert Empire might just do it.
Both Montblanc and Herbin are nice, subtle inks. But while the Montblanc can appear almost black with some nibs it has much more brown and olive hues while the Herbin has much more grey tones. I'm sure some will think of it being "dull" (which sometimes can look very elegant and "vintage").
