I've found that I really like Rhodia paper, and am looking for a side-sewn notebook. Does anyone know if the larger size ePure lays flat?

Hmm, about as flat as the Clairefontaine notebooks of roughly the same size.

Basically you can just apply a little weight to make it flat. But it won't be as flat as it would be if it was coil-bound.
