That is a match or close in shade to the red that Pilot uses in its rollerballs, any thoughts>

Sheaffer red comes to mind as being a close match. It probably flows the best of any ink I have.

I've been meaning to get Monaco Red--it sure looks wonderful there. I haven't checked that site out in many months. It's a great reference.
