I'm looking for a Stipula 991 FP, preferably w/ fine nib but will consider any size. Crossing my fingers that there's someone out there willing to part with theirs...

Try ebay or martini auctions...they show up there every once in a while. I have one it is one of my favorites. Marco at Novelli commented to me that he thought it was one of the nicest looking celluloid pens to appear on the market. This is one pen that I would by a second as a backup if the price was right. Good luck with your search.

I second this...literally! I just bought my second 991 and will have it reground. It's one of only three pens that I would consider getting a second as a "backup." Good luck and let us know when you finally find yours (because you eventually will)...
