I am about to buy a Sailor Sapporo mini FP from Nibs.com and have it grind to an cursive italic or oblique using a medium or broad nib. Does anybody have any suggestion on why the mini is good and whether italic or oblique or medium vs broad nib??

I have one of these with a broad nib. It is without doubt the smoothest nib of any pen that I have. Because of this I wouldn't think about getting it ground.
