Full Version: This is my handwriting

This piece was written with fountain pens (the top 2)

This was a color swatch I did for the Hi-Tec-C .4mm pens. These are EXCELLENT gel pens by the way. They are available in .25mm, .3mm, .4mm, and .5mm and can be purchased at JetPens

Does handwriting say anything about personality? What does this handwriting say about me?
Slush99
Hmmm... Neat person, laugh.gif Cool gel pens, I think I have a few somewhere... smile.gif

Very nice! Thanks for the demo.

What does this handwriting say about me?

Absolutely nothing, Moppie! ohmy.gif But, that's because I am terribly slow at these sorts of puzzles. Just to see if my usual lack of perception about handwriting is intact, I'll take a stab and say that you are a girl rather than a boy. unsure.gif Now, tell me how wrong I am and I won't be a bit surprised. laugh.gif
Betty
Yup, I'm a girl. Is that because of the colorful pens I own? I know guys who can write neater than me!

Yeah, I think it was because of the colors, Moppie. What's funny, though, is that no sooner had I sent that post off to the board, I stumbled into your other on in the "Fountain pen" forum where you reveal that you are a girl. Honest injun, I didn't know that when I made my guess. biggrin.gif

I'm thrilled, I have actually guessed correctly. A high water mark in my life. laugh.gif

Edit: couple of spelling errors
Slush99
You should try snailing! biggrin.gif Its really fun! I'd guess you are a girl also because of the colors.
Velma
Ah, I see my question was answered. I love the Hi-Tec-C pens, particularly the .3 and .25, for taking notes at work. And jetpens.com has wonderful turnaround time.
Betty
So you're a regular at jetpens too Velma? I love that site! It has an amazing bunch of pens! I find the .3mm too thin for regular use, but LOVE the .4mms. Actually, I like the uni-ball signo .38mms the best.

Do you think there are fountain pens available in that width?
Dillo
Hi,

Yes, there are fountain pens avaliable in that width. The Pelikan fines are about that size.

Nice handwriting, Moppie...and I would have guessed you are a girl too...but I was completely fooled by a man's handwriting on an insurance claim form I was processing today. It was so neat (ok, fellas, please don't take this personally tongue.gif ) that I was stunned to see that it was filled out by a man. Before this job, I was a pharmacist and I saw lots of bad handwriting...most of it from male doctors! (sorry Ted, Kevin, et al.) laugh.gif

Maja, remember that some of us old timers got our basic penmanship training at the hands of drill instructor nuns that handled a pointer or 1/2" thick ruler better than a Jedi Knight does a light sabre... rolleyes.gif tongue.gif

I still remember coming home with sore knuckles because I did not do it right!!

Of course my signature looks like some one with a severe case of the DT's, but my written hand is a neat Business Hand..

Penmenship classes don't exist anymore right? What a shame. I see tons of people with just very ugly handwriting that could use a lot of help.
