I was thinking flushing with detergent/water solution would do.
Does anybody have the right ratio?

Dear Jeen,

Just as long as the solution is soapy, like you would to wash dishes, you'll be fine. The objective is to coat the inside of the converter with a soap film in order to discourage the ink from beading inside.
