Sometimes I feel this is the most underrated pen of all times smile.gif
It should have appeal to both collectors (huge number of variations) and the user.
It has great balance - nibs that range from XF to B, stub, italic etc. - ease of maintenance, good ink supply (cartridge, converter).
And it allows people to built a collection without breaking the bank.
What else can you ask for smile.gif

I can't see the photo, Antonios sad.gif

I see the photo just fine Antonio. I have an older black and gold Parker 45 from the 1980's. It is probably one of the best writing modern Parkers that I own.

Oh, I can see it now! Nice collection, AZ smile.gif
My '45' looks like the vertical pen with the navy blue barrel and silvery chrome cap. The '45' is an underrated pen, for sure. Some of the barrel designs like the 'Harlequin' are really very attractive and the pen is a good solid writer.

Thanks for posting the photo.

Hi,

I have 3 45s. A flighter, a black GT and a olive green GT. You don't have a 45 without the markings "45" on it, do you?

They are great--I always have at least one inked as my "take-along" pen. They never fail and write forever.
