As a Conway Stewart fan I'm not sure what the view in the Waterman section is on hard rubber, I find it a fascinating material and Waterman seem to have been the most imagiinative users.

The link to an item on the dreaded here went for an awful amount of money for a pen and pencil (and way out of my league) but a wonderful set.

Desirable as it is, I think I'd be frightened to go near it let alone use it!

Nice set, I was watching that as I really want one, but not for that high a price. I want a big blue ripple pen to (sort of match) Diane’s blue ripple 52v. Her pen is very pretty and than there is that nib, nice and flexy.

I was watching that one, but it seems the price is more about it being both a set and a 94 than blue ripple. I recently picked up a really nice blue ripple in the marketplace for WAY less.
