I hope this is the right place to post this... I've been a fan of Levenger's products for a few months and have been wanting to try their FP ink for a while. I just got an email from then that said that if you buy one of their True Writer pens, you get a ink sampler pack - and this now includes: FOUNTAIN PENS! That deal is only good up until Jan 17, 2008.

The FP sampler pack is 16 cartridges. It looks like one of each color, except for their Raven Black & Cobalt Blue - it's got 3 of each of those. All for $10. And shipping is free on ink refills (except bottled ink).

Too bad I don't think any of my pens would take Levenger cartridges. I'll either need to be a Levenger pen or botte of ink if I want to try it out.

I do believe that Levenger cartridges are standard short international carts. I'm not certain they'd work in any pen that takes those carts just because there seem to be a few variations in that spec, but you can use them in more than just Levenger pens.

Still, I've been looking at the copper colored True Writer for a while. The sampler offer makes it significantly more attractive. From what I have seen of Cardinal, Gemstone Green, Cocoa, and Amythest, they're good colors.
