Full Version: WTB Parker Vacumatic Emerald Pearl

They were too expensive for me then, and I had to settle for a (crappy) copy, called a Skater, brought home from Hong Kong by one of my soldier brothers.

It was nearly as pretty but didn't have the depth of colour & had a nib I could've stuck in a dartboard!

I'm looking for a a nice emerald pearl with a semi-flex medium nib which writes well...I want to use it, not just look at it and reminisce rolleyes.gif

(Actually, looking at the history on Richard B's amazing site, I realise why I couldn't afford it....I was only 8 when it ceased production ohmy.gif)
