It is simple, in that it is friction fit.

So here is what you need, and how to do it:
1. get a piece of rubber, like a piece from an inner tube of a bicycle, for improved grip
2. remove the converter or cartridge from the pen
3. preferably, to avoid a mess, clean the pen
4. screw the barrel back on again
5. wrap the piece of rubber around the nib and feed
6. grab the nib and feed with rubber between thumb and index finger, and carefully pull, twist a little if need be, preferably as if unscrewing it

That should take it out. I have done it many times like this, on a modern Duofold.

To put it back you do the opposite. Do make sure you put it in properly positioned, nib on feed that is, and make sure you press nib and feed hard together when inserting it. If nib and feed are not properly aligned, ink flow will not reach the tip of the nib, and you'll have to start all over.

Regarding point 1 & 5 I've noticed that a wetted paper towel gives great grip and feeling of nib between fingers. With it I can remove also old and dirty frictioned feeds/nibs.
