I have just found a Esterbrook J Double Jewel- Black in good condition. How much is this worth. It has a 2668 nib, and is in perfect writing condition. I know these pens are not worth much but how can I find out what its worth.
I just found it in my Great Grand mothers sewing machine.
I looked on <www.esterbrook.net> and found it. They were never offered in the 1949 nor the 1952 catolog but were produced around 1948.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Depends on where you sell it: e-bay or FPN. I'd say one in excellent, usable condition should be about US$20, plus or minus US$5.

I'm bidding on one exactly like that (maybe it's the same one!) over on the 'Bay:

It'll probably go for about $15.
