This is one of several scans I'm posting today. All inks (except the one noted) are bottled ink. Except for that one exception, all color names were written with a Speedball B-6 steel dip nib (the exception was written with the corner of a Pilot Parallel pen).
These are photos taken without flash, then adjusted to be consistent with each other and to match what I see (to the extent possible on my particular monitor). I hope they are useful to someone.
GREENS
- Diamine Light Green (a light, leafy (not olive) green that happens to match the cap of my Pilot 3.8mm Parallel pen; it is readable when used in my Pelikan Athens M620 pen but can also be used as a highlighter ink; some shading)
- Conway Stewart CS Green (aka CS Dark Green or CS Special Green; NOT to be confused with Conway Stewart's "regular Green" ink) (deep green that has a very slight tinge of blue, not a grassy green; almost no shading)
- Stipula Verde Muschiato (aka Moss Green) (dark olive; if used in a drier pen, it is a medium olive; if used in a wet pen, it is a blackened olive; some shading)
- Sheaffer Green (Slovenia, Skrip) (blue-tinged medium green, not a grassy green, some shading)
- Montblanc Racing Green (dark forest green; not olive-toned like the Stipula Verde Muschiato, but not as bluish and more grayish than the Conway Stewart CS Green; if used in a drier pen, it is a soft forest; if used in a wet pen, it is a blackened forest; some shading).
