I just checked the Pelikan web site, and I was unaware that they relaunched their site. It doesn't necessarily look better but who cares about looks. I then clicked away to take a look at the M200 and M250 series and was surprised that they are not anywhere on the site. Also, the Souveraen pens are now displayed in size comparison (what Richard Binder has done a long time ago, they finally thought to be a good idea, too

) However, they've given up to display any color choices. So, someone who wants to buy a Pelikan M series pen will only see the green striated pens on their web site. This used to be different on the old site. You could see the different olor option. I cannot make any sense out of this odd relaunch. Why is it so complicated to put up an informative web site? Or did I miss/overlook anything? This mess clearly shows one thing: Those who generate these web pages have absolutely no clue what Pelikan's customer seeks/wants. I have found FPN (and the sites of the nibmeisters for that matter) to be far superior to all home pages of fp manufacturers that I know of.
I wished I'd be the owner of a famous fountain pen factory. I'd have so many ideas about what could be improved. I would then recruit all of my work force from FPN!
