Anyone know the actual street address of the Visconti folks in New Jersey. The Van Gogh I got on the Holy Cruise will not hold ink. Fill it and the fluid leaks out like water out of a tap in need of a washer.
And no, I will not go into "expensive pen equals problems" rant. Done my share of that. Just want the bugger fixed.

I just saw your post or I would have answered immediately.
Visconti
300-2C Route 17 South
Lodi, NJ 07644
I dealt with Mr. Steve Weill -- he was fantastic to speak with and a very great help. I love these folks.
The office number, according to Mr. Weill's business card, is 973-773-9095.
The office is in the industrial/office complex just west of the Stop and Shop supermarket (you can go in from Garibaldi Avenue rather than Route 17.
I hope that this helps.

I called the Visconti 800# today, and asked for Ken Jones (because people have recommended him as a contact). I was asked to call another number (202 area code) and Ken Jones answered. He asked me to send my Visconti for repair to:
Fine Writing, Inc.
1318 60th Street
Brooklyn, NY 11219
Off it goes next week!

So you have two pens going out for work - the Dolce Vita and a Visconti. I am very curious to hear how your interaction with Ken goes, and I think a lot of other folks are, too.
Good luck.

If it's a cartridge converter pen, I assume you've tried a different converter? Waterman, Pelikan, or any International Converter should fit.
I recently had a Dolce Vita that had a similar issue, wouldn't hold a fill, but it was simply a defective $3.00 converter.
