LordAlex
Well hello everybody!
I've been a random peruser for a few years now, and finally decided to make the big leap and join since finding a new pleasure in my pens.

I'm from Alberta, Canada and have been writing with fountain pens since I was 16 (6 years already!).

Does anybody else find them easy to lose? My first was a Waterman (can't remember exactly which Waterman), and then I found myself in Switzerland where I acquired a nice Montblanc Meisterstuck Hommage a Frederic Chopin (Still my most amazing pen). I then purchased all kinds - Cross, Parker, Schaeffer.
And now recently have fallen in love with dip pens!

Anyways, nice to be a part of such an awesome community!

Welcome to the fold, Alex. (Not a Duofold, just the fold.)

I'm just dipping into dip pens myself.

Have fun on FPN!

Welcome "My Lord".

Do you know the story behind the Chopin pen? It seems Montblanc just named a medium size of the Meisterstuck line for Chopin, and the smallest size for Mozart. Is there a backstory to this? Did Chopin have size 7 hands and Mozart size 6?

Welcome to FPN! Jump in and enjoy the forum! The Chopin is just right in size and appearance to me, I like mine!

Welcome! Dip pens are nice but they're for home use...not too portable!

Good LordAlex, welcome to FPN. You need to see a letter from member jbb to see what a dip pen can do! Have fun!
