I am attempting my first Esterbrook repair, and I need a recommendation: I removed the pressure bars from two Js, an found them to be very corroded.

Where is the best place to get replacement pressure bars for Esties?

I believe that a number of pen supply stores sell them. I've had good luck with the ones sold by WoodBin - http://www.simcom.on.ca/woodbin/
