Hello, I'm pretty new to the fountain pen world. I have just received a vintage Shaffer pen as a gift. The pen is not perfect but I like it very much. Because of the age, the sac is completely gone and need a replacement. Is there anyone able to tell me the pen model and which kind of sac is needed?Furthermore, anyone knows where to buy a new sac in Italy ?
Thank you very much

Sheaffer Balance Feather Touch (one tier below the Lifetime White Dot pen).

Don't know who in Italy fixes pens, but plenty folks here in the States do.

I'm assuming that yours is a lever-filler. I don't see the lever, but the lack of a visible blind cap indicates that it's probably a lever-filler.

You are right. The pen is a level-filler one. Do you know which size of sac is needed?
Thans again,

I do not know if this info is useful to you, but I bought a replacement sac for a vintage lever filler pen from "La Casa della Penna" in Corso Umberto I in Naples.
