The last couple of weeks I sold over 25 of the 31 FP's and sets I originally intended to sell. I must admit that I'm very surprised that the cheaper, more usergrade pens sold a lot quicker than the pens in this topic. Could be the price I think... Now I'd really like to sell the last six pens...
1. Black Sheaffer Snorkel Admiral (1952-1959), first pen (from top to bottom) on the first picture - 58,00
Recently cleaned and resacced, this pen lays down a nice wet line with its 14K 5 nib. Some slight bite marks on the end cap, but thats in no way annoying (to me at least).
2. Pastel gray Sheaffer Snorkel Statesman (1952-1955), second pen (from top to bottom) on the first picture - 50,00
Great pen! Show some signs of wear, but fills excellently and writes in a very smooth. fine line. Cant find a number on the Triumph palladium-silver alloy nib, but I expect it to be a F. Snorkel extends just fine. White dot.
3. Black Sheaffer TD Craftsman, third pen (from top to bottom) on the first picture - 17,50
I resacced this pen and fills very well. It has an F1 nib that lays down a wet, fine line. No skipping of any kind. This pen has seen some use, but is still nice
4. Green Sheaffer TD Admiral, fifth pen (from top to bottom) on the first picture - 22,50
Has an smooth writing 14K 33 nib. Probably M. Slight discoloration at the top of the end cap. Resacced this one myself, too. Fills well.
5. Black Sheaffer Imperial II TD FP & MP, first and second pens (from top to bottom) on the second picture - 30,00
The FP has the short Triumph nib (F). It fills excellently and writes very, very smoothly. Frosted stainless steel cap on these ones. Resacced this one, too. The MP works, still a bit of pencil and eraser left. White dots on both.
6. Dark bluish grey Sheaffer Imperial II Touchdown, first pen (from top to bottom) on the third picture - 25,00
This pen has the short Triumph nib (XF). It fills excellently and writes surprisingly well for an XF. Frosted stainless steel cap on this one. The cap shows some small marks, but looks very good all the same. The original markings are still on the barrel (II / X-fine).
