Full Version: So Sad! I dropped My Visconti Skeleton...
The Fountain Pen Network > General Pen Topics > Repair Q&A

So about 10 sad minutes ago, my Visconti Skeleton jumped from my top pocket and in slow motion, played chicken with the ground. Needless to say the ground won…The barrel has broken where it meets the threads. I have looked online before and can’t seem to find a Visconti web site. Is there one? Does anyone know where I could send this?
Thanks for your help...

Bryant,
I am SO sorry.
The site is Visconti.it
You could also try one of the authorized dealers and ask where to send for repairs.
Pam Braun and Deb Kenney come to mind.
Good luck,
gary

Thanks Gary, do you know how I would get a hold of either of them?
Thanks,

If you are in North America, you might try calling Visconti at (800) 847-2668. They are located in New Jersey, so they are in the Eastern Time Zone. They answer the telephone as "Fine Writing." My Visconti dealer (inadvertently) sent me a pen with a cracked barrel, and the dealer advised me to exchange the pen directly with this New Jersey headquarters. The barrel exchange was handled quickly and courteously. I dealt with "Pat," and she was terrific in facilitating the matter with their service department (which was on-site for this type of repair).

Sorry about your pen accident, and good luck!

EDITED to clarify that the toll-free number above is for contacting Visconti directly in North America.
