This picture is unavoidably colored by my pride in my beautiful daughter, but here's a picture that someone snapped of her and I this weekend. This may be the best pen picture I have ever seen. Ignore the cute baby and focus instead on the Phileas in my pocket smile.gif

Velma
It's a very nice picture of the pib and the clip, but the little fingers... and the teeny tiny fingernails, and the plump little cheeks.

Okay... for all that I love pens, cute babies delight me more, because they don't stay that way.
Dillo
Hi,

Ok, I said the same thing that Velma said.

I'm having trouble seeing the picture.... unsure.gif (but I'm sure it's a cute photo smile.gif )

Yeah, sure, we'll ignore the baby and focus only on the pen in your pocket! wink.gif

Great pic!

Great pic! cool.gif

I'm sure you feel the same but I just love the feeling that I get whenever my baby girl grips any of my fingers tightly. I feel like telling her not to ever let go (of course, that's a bit difficult as she's not exactly sure what I'm saying!)

I concur, great pic !

Thank you all for the kind comments. I do love it when she gives me a finger hug. I tell her lots of things that she doesn't understand, but Iknow that my body language and tone of voice send the real message. If you say loving things in a loving way then I'm sure she hears them. That never sems to work with "Can you stop crying?" though. smile.gif
Karin
So sweeeeeeeet Neil. Thanks for sharing. And I know that babies understand on some level what you're saying. My bunnies do too laugh.gif
Maybe she would stop crying if you gave her the Phileas wink.gif

Blessings

She's not quite old enough to want to put things in her mouth yet, but I'm sure that once she gets grabby and chewy I won't be wearing that Phileas in such an obvious place for a while. The only thing that can reliably stop her crying is carried on her mom's chest. And even that has its limits. smile.gif I'm starting to get excited about giving her her first pens. I can't wait to see those little hands wrapped around a cute little Pelikano.

Hi nmb,

Really nice pen, oh, and a little cute baby too... laugh.gif

Congrats on the little princess, and to mom too!

Warmest regards, Wim
