I have this exact case.Not sure about the 149,but my newer Omas Milord Arco just fits perfect.Same with my Stipula Etruria.

Just for the sake of conversation have you looked at the Conway Stewart pen cases at Penseller on closeout? Nevermind, I see that's sold out. If you're looking for a single or two pen case, give them a look. I have one of each and they seem huge inside. Shoot Weaver an email, he'll be able to tell you.
