I've got a challenging problem with a Sonnet nib. Nib is good quality but was gushing ink to begin with - I was able to move the tines together, and tighten the feed a smidge - and now ...... not enough ink.

The space between the tines differs between the breath hole and the end of the nib. The gap is fine until I reach the last 2 mm of the nib and the tines are together.

I've ground a little off the insides of the nib but will go no further fearing a baby bottom - I've flossed etc, replaced the feed - but the flow is still light.

Im wondering about a pair of needle nossed pliers to bend the tines of the nib outward. I haven't run into this type of gap problem before so I thought I would post. Thank you all.
