I hear occasional troublesome probs about their lever fillers in particular and some reports of c/c fillers not providing good enough flow. Consequently I have not bought one yet. Have they all been corrected? If i inquire about a pen is there a way to tell if it might be from a bad (early) batch? Would like to avoid sending a $$$ pen for repair out of box. Your experiences are appreciated.

Regards,
Jeen

I suspect that dealers will tell you, Doc, that since their recent change of owners (can't tell you when, exactly) that they have dedicated themselves to producing a superior product and will back that up with a high level of customer service.

Dennis B and Kevin (Winedoc) are both dealers for CS. Maybe they'll pop in and give you their experience. Even though they're dealers, their reputations are spotless. smile.gif

Hi Jeen,

If you get any of the new colours, you have a pen from the time the new owners run the shop, and thus one without problems. Check out RB's site to see what those colours are, or Luxury brands USA, for that matter.

HTH, warm regards, Wim
