I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question. I have been looking at the Pilot 823 and the Tibaldi Iride. One is out of production and the other is not available in the USA. Both use a vacuum/plunger method of filling in which the seal will eventually wear out. Am I safe in assuming that the pen luminaries like Richard Binder and his colleagues will be able to repair pens like these?

Thanks for your info.
