Hi there. I am trying to find out if anyone here has owned and/or written in a Nightingale journal. I found the brand at a local independent bookstore a few days ago, and the paper in the "Jute" 2008 diary looked and felt great. I didn't pick one up as I have used Moleskines for years and am loathe to switch, but like many of you I have become disappointed with the paper lately.

The website listed on the sticker is not loading for me, but I found the website of the parent company if that helps jog anyone's memory.

I have moleskines and think they are very nicely made.

Recently at Stapels I picked up a Black and Red journal that has very nice paper. It's hardbound with fountain pen friendly paper. Also there was a copy of the large ruled moleskines. The paper was also nicer, but do not remember the brand name.
