If one were to want to have the nib changed on a "51", where might they look? This would of course include buying a fine nib and having it installed.

The closest to you would be Richard Binder who would most likely have a nice selection of 51 nibs to choose from
Second I would recommend Ron Zorn.
Either of them would do a fantastic job for you...
