Hi, Can someone please provide some advice on how to remove the cap jewel from a vintage CS100.
I believe that I need a slotted screwdriver type tool to remove the actual clip retainer. Am I safe to assume that I just remove the jewel using a rubber grip as per a Parker 51 or Vac?

Any assistance much appreciated. The spinning clip is really annoying me and the cap could do with a quick polish to get rid of the clip rotation marks.

Thanks in advance.

I've not read this article in full yet, so I don't know if it applies to your exact question, but there is a section on CS clips:
