This arrived today and I need a little help with identification.
Please excuse the use of the sellers ebay photo.
It has no markings on the pen other than Sheaffer and made in USA on the cap.
It has a squeezable filler and a 14ct nib.
I'm guessing at some kind of Imperial but which one and what year I don't know.
Any help much appreciated.

It is an Imperial 444. I have the same model, but with a stainless steel nib. A graet pen, no doubt.

Thankyou Bernado.Very much appreciated.

Typical isn't it though.I'm sat here at work and have just this minute managed to identify it.
Log in only to find Bernado has posted 5 minutes earlier.

A great pen, no doubt.

I won't find out.I focus on Parker (sorry for that on here) and bought this with a '******'.
This will be sold on.

Cheers once again.
