I'm not quite sure what I have here. It's a Touchdown filler with a 14K inlaid nib. The cap and body appear to be either gold-filled or gold electroplated. The only marking on the pen (other than the normal markings on the nib) is the word Sheaffer. No hallmark, no indication of GF or electroplate, no country of origin, nothing! Disregard the blotches and apparent discolorations, they are scanner artifacts. The pen is in excellent condition. Some minor wear, very light scratches from normal use, but no brassing. No dings, no major scratches. Medium nib, fills nicely.
Is there a name for this gold model? Any idea what it might be worth?
Thanks,
Bill
