I found that the cap and barrel of my Waterman Patrician and Waterman Man100 wood pen can be swapped without any problem. I don't have a Man 100 ball pen, so I am wondering if the cap and barrel of the ball pen or even the pencil can be used on the FP. If they are exchangeable, I am thinking to get a ball pen or a pencil.

There have been some strange looking Man 100s for sale on eBay over the last few years... because people have swapped caps and barrels between pens of different finishes.

No, you can't swap the cap of the MAN 100 BP with the cap of the FP, it is absolutely not the same, the man 100 BP has a twist mechanism and a small cap, not the FP. J.M.L.

Many thinks for your replies. I was thinking to buy a BP as spare parts for my Man 100 FP. I love Man 100 so much, and I think I am totally hooked.

The only possible exchange would be the FPs, and maybe the roller ball.
