A friend of mine who has a lot of duofolds said it was vintage. I'm not into Parker that much so I don't know.
What's the criterium to call it a vintage then?
The 1960's is typically considered the cut-off for vintage pens. After that, they are "modern" even if they are used or pre-owned. The original "red" (orange) Parker Duofold was produced in the 1920s. What you have is a remake/homage, that was produced in (I believe) the 1990s.
