Does anyone own a pelikano in M, and an m200 in M? If so, are they the
same line thickness (aprox)?

From my experience (I have/had 4 Pelikanos), the nibs on Pelikanos write wider and noticeably wetter (too wet for my taste) than the nibs on piston fillers.
