It's difficult to capture the woodgrain ebonite finish & rose gold trim on this pen -- but here is my attempt. The first two photos are from Fountain Pen Domain's site (Penseller.com) where I purchased the Stipula Bellini for comparison.

Good picture show, thanks. I like the Stipula line, or most of it. Understated elegance.

Great photos of a beautiful pen! The rose gold goes well with the wood-grained ebonite. The design appears to be based on the Novecento. The nib, however, appears to be smaller than the normal Novecento nib, but I can't tell for sure from looking at the photos. Is the nib large or small? Is it gold or steel?

Splendid pen!!! One of the better looking pens, aesthetically speaking,on the market.Everything comes together perfectly.
Stipula are among the top 5 pen makers in the world in my opinion.
Congrats.

And who might the other 4 be? Don't keep us in suspense! I have my own list, but I'm eager to hear yours.

Well..... I list these as the best (in my own personal opinion,of course)

1-Omas
2-Stipula
3-Montegrappa
4-Conway Stewart
5-Tie between Parker and Sheaffer

Thats how i see it.I know many will take exception to it but i rate them on models i have personally used and can therefore judge.Am i biased?
Of course!!!

My list would be, in no particular order: Omas, Dupont, Pelikan, Aurora, Waterman, Conway Stewart.

I'm sorry to say that I've been disappointed by the recent offerings from Waterman and Aurora, and Dupont seems to be cutting back on quality to achieve a lower price. Everybody loves to dump on Omas, but I find their new products to as good as their old ones -- just different. Pelikan stays the same year after year -- the old reliable. Conway Stewart is the one company that seems to be improving its offerings with each passing year.

If you had asked me for this list a year or two ago, it would have included Sheaffer.

I am surprised that Visconti does not get a mention given that everyone seems to rave about their nibs.

Visconti would have been next. But since i listed the top 5,i would not have put them in that class. They are very good though.
