Hi friends.
My name is Mike and I am very glad to find this site. I love pens and fountain pens. I have a question that hopefully someone can answer.
I attached a photograph of a pen I see on tv. At first I thought it was a silver parker pen rollerball becuase when the cap is off, its black with that lovely gold ring toward the tip, but the clip on the cap is different from parkers standard clip. (i dont know if that is the correct term)
Is this an Aurora 88?
This is a beautiful pen.
The image is a screen grab and is the pen that Judge Judith Sheindlin has been using on her show for 10 years.
let me know. Any help would be wonderful.

Thanks.
Dillo
Hi,

Yes, it is an Aurora 88. The cap-band and clip give it away.

(So much for studying my own Aurora too long!! headsmack.gif)

Hi Mike,

It looks a lot like the Aurora 1888 LE with gold accents: a wonderful pen!

Hi,

Actually, from your description, it is a sterling 88.
