I got those tools from a Brussels pen repairer. Two of them bear the mention "Sheaffer's Touchdown". Is there a specialist among you who can tell me for what purpose those tools were developped? (I don't have many snorkels and TD's)

These look like they were probably used for working on the interior of the Touchdown's sac protector to remove old sac remnants and would have worked just as well on the Snorkel for the same purpose.
