My vacumatic needs a new diaphragm and some general filling system work. Who is professional, fast and honest (i.e., reasonable...)?

No help in Europe, but I can personally recommend two here in the states:

1 - Rick Horne (The Southern Scribe) www.thesouthernscribe.com - Excellent work. His turnaround time is about 30 days.

2 - Aaron Svavik (Pentiques) www.pentiques.com - Just met Aaron at the Washington, D.C. pen show last week. He did an onsite repair for me on a P51. I was very pleased with how the pen came out. Nice guy, and I think he promises a one week turnaround.

I know that they aren't on your continent, but I hope this helps.

I have no experience of either, but I have entrusted a vacumatic needing a new diaphragm to
one of them, and had a courteous acknowledgement of my initial query from the other.

dealers offer repair services too.

Perhaps there will be advice from an Italian reader with an option closer to Ravenna?
