My vacumatic needs a new diaphragm and some general filling system work. Who is professional, fast and honest (i.e., reasonable...)?
If anyone knows of someone in Europe, that would be helpful!
Thanks.
Eric
I had the same question a few weeks ago, and came up with a list of about 6 potential repairers in the UK.
Of those, the following have had positive mentions on FPN -
Laurence Oldfield at
http://www.penpractice.com/ Peter Twydle at
http://www.penmuseum.co.uk/I have no experience of either, but I have entrusted a vacumatic needing a new diaphragm to
one of them, and had a courteous acknowledgement of my initial query from the other.
Another option is Battersea Pen Home at
http://www.penhome.co.uk/, and a number of UK Pen
dealers offer repair services too.
Perhaps there will be advice from an Italian reader with an option closer to Ravenna?
Good luck in your search -
David
