My vacumatic needs a new diaphragm and some general filling system work. Who is professional, fast and honest (i.e., reasonable...)?
If anyone knows of someone in Europe, that would be helpful!
Thanks.

Eric,
If you include the UK as Europe then you could try Laurence Oldfield at Penpractice, just got a Vac back from him and he did an excellent job on it and price was pretty reasonable (IMHO).
I will definately use him again if I have any Vacs that need work.
Here is a link to his site

I just checked the price for repair from Laurence Oldfield at Penpractice and it is the same as you would pay from most US restorers, myself included. However, considering the cost of postage both ways and the probability of customs costs on the returned pen IMO your best bet is most likely using Laurence....
I am not sure of the customs regulations between members of the EU, but I do know you would probably end up paying customs on the value of the pen from the US even if I stated it was a repair valued at $35.00, especially if the pen was sent back insured .... Unfortunately it happened to one of my overseas customers...

Should be no issues going between countries within the EU (one of the few benefits for belonging, yes I am still a Eurosceptic) the customs issue and possibly longer turnaround time (bearing in mind potential postage times etc) were some of the reasons I sent mine to Laurence.
