Nope, not an SM. This is Pre-SM, pre rights reserved imprint, a military clip style (clip goes over the top of the cap like Sheaffer military clips). Most of these military clip pens you see (well almost all of them) are black. This is the first non-black military clip pen/pencil I've ever seen.
