Hi,

How do you keep that section clean, after refilling ? My pen's steel section's frontpart (closer to the nib) has ink traces, even after wiping after each refilling... What product to use to remove the ink?

Thanks!

I find a damp towel or cloth works well. Be sure the cap itself is clean inside!

Yep, a wet tissue works a treat.

That's part of the Lamy 2000 ritual. You grow to enjoy it... like buffing your beloved sports car. wink.gif

I concur with the wet paper towel method. Works well for me.

I too concur, wet blotting paper or similar disposable material does the trick!
