Hello,
I have a Chiselled Tartan Gold FP (fantastic pen!) But the cap seems to be looser compared to a few months ago. I did see a post else ware in the forums about this type of repair needs to be shipped off to Parker.
Does that sound about right?

Also, I called Parker asking about repairs and they said new company policy mandate all pens be shipped to France for repairs, to include nib changes :-(
I know the pen is slightly out of warranty so they said a charge will most likely apply, but until the factory sees the pen no estimate is available.
Does anyone have a ballpark idea of charges from Parker for a cap repair?
