Check out this new design on the frontier nib.......
It's a UK made brand new frontier flighter which I bought for about $15....
The nib is super smooth!

Yes, Frontiers in the UK have had this design engraved for at least the last 18 months - the nib is the same - the gold ones seem smoother to me.

I'm glad you posted this. I just cleaned two of my Frontiers -- one UK, one US. One nib had that design and one had another. I couldn't remember which nib went with which pen. Thanks to you, everything is right now.

Wow, that's very sexy I like the look of the gold plated Frontier nibs - they make the pen look as though they're worth more than they are. The new design is great! (But I like the old design too)
