Hi There,
I bought this very interesting set off the bay, they are for Hero pens but advertised as being suitable for Parker 51's. I had the instructions and still do have them some where, but they are in cantonese, bit annoying as I have friends who could possibly translate them.

Any way, the plier type instrument in the middle has a serrated inner sleeve at the jaws, this is an insert, I take it of harder steel than the main plier jaw, to allow the very fine serrations to be machined. I would think this is for gripping? if required the inner collector fins, never had to do that though. The top left hand tool is a very fine piece of metal and I would guess this is for adjusting tines

The one that really puzzles me is the bottom left hand one, which is a clear plastic tube with a hollow centre and a spring arrangement at the knurled section ???

The other two are a pick of some sort, and a special screw driver, of a type I have never needed before.

Any guesstimates would be much appreciated.

*now where are those instructions*

Sorry. The picture is too fuzzy for me to see any details....
