I'm going to ask this question because there are so many knowledgeable people here, but I'm also asking that people send responses by PM--unless you feel that there is real value in posting your response publicly--in order not to upset the generally positive tone of the forum. I have a broad gold nib that I want to have reground to a FM stub. John Mottishaw and Richard Binder seem to be at the top of the list of nib masters who are respected as capable and experienced, with Deb Kinney (sp?) on the list also, if somewhere behind them in terms of experience. I would greatly appreciate any opinions about these or other artisans who could give me what I'm looking for. (I do not anticipate having many nibs reground, so it will not do to send out a bunch and see how they come back.) TIA.

Greg Minushkin (sp?) is also on the A-List. And don't forget about the folks at Pendemonium. Pendemonium might be the most inexpensive of the entire list thus far.
