Looking for another pen for 'everyday' use. I would consider a new or vintage pen, but I would like something that writes quite broad and wet to suit my big, outgoing handwriting. My budget is upto about £20 ($40 for you US people). Any suggestions?

If you don't mind the orange color, Pelikan Grand Prix, around $15 USD with a wet medium nib is nicely broad and wet. Fairly widely available on eBay. The Duke Carbon Fiber from isellpens.com (not affiliated) has a medium nib, and is also nicely wet. Just got one myself Friday, and am loving it. Todd is leaving on vacation tomorrow, July 17th, and I forget when he is returning. He has a post about practically giving away Pilot 78G's where he gives his vacation schedule as well, to let people know he won't be processing orders while he's gone.

I just remembered, when reading a Marketplace post, that my Parker 45 is a really wet writer, especially with an M nib, which is pretty broad, also. I got one with an F nib from Lewertowski in France on eBay (not affil) for under $13 US, but he sometimes has P 45 Flighters also. His prices are in GBP, so it would make the math nonexistent for you if you went there. Quicker shipping also, since it would go only across the Channel, and not the Atlantic.

I kinda love my Parker Profile ("Vector 2") with a medium steel nib. Writes smooth for a steel nib and the medium is a pretty thick, wet line. I use private reserve ink and the result is very nice. About 10 pounds, I believe, retail, but even less on eBay.

Or a Waterman Kultur (clear) if you want to SEE your ink...

Or a Lamy Al-Star or Safari or Vista. Always a fine choice. Here again, the M nib is plenty broad for me.
